Our sales team from Howick Branch of Ray White Dave and Leah were just amazing we were so tense and nervous of going down this track in a sale market of negativity floating around us all they just placed us at ease and comforted us on all angles and made this a journey of excitement in a challenging market we were facing. They were not scared to think outside of the box of imagination and adventure and from this they certainly delivered one hundred percent of this to our marketing process to the point we thought we were on a movie set of a Peter Pan adventure but in our case our Peter Pan was Dave McCarthy and his amazing team. Our potential buyer came through basically the first day of marketing perhaps it was Daves stage coach being pulled up by his loyal horses to the gate or even the visit we had from Tiger Woods for a golf match but to our surprise and his team they didn't know that Dave had a hidden talent of specking Italian. They were all amazing comforting and were so positive on this short journey with us from which Dave, Leah and team have left us truly humbled.
