Leah stands out in her ultra diligence and effort to represent the property in its best light. She was consistently available whilst never leaving a stone unturned. Her detailed vendor’s reports meant I never (not once) had to enquire as to interest levels or outcomes. I’d call Leah ‘tirelessly committed’ - to say she went ‘the extra mile’ is such an understatement. The marketing was stylish and eye catching, something she checked she had right from my perspective - which I really appreciated being included in. Leah lent impartial advise on her insights to the market when asked. She has the kind of social/business intelligence required to guide when requested but makes no assumptions, outside of being an excellent salesperson with the vendor’s interests at forefront of her mind. That said, she was deeply honest and clearly commmunicated the rightful needs of my purchaser also. I felt a depth of trust and consideration in Leah that I know are qualities of a bygone era. Salespeople such as she, are hard to find. Seek her out! You won’t regret it!
