Stephen, Jacqui and Ame were able to get us a Top Price for a very challenging worn out ex rental that requires a lot of work. We were very concerned with the state of the property and thought Team Johnston might not want to sell the house. They took on the property, were confident the house would sell with the right marketing showing the full potential of the house. They put our minds at rest. We received 8 offers in total for the house. They showed great market knowledge by advising a sell price for the home after sourcing quotes to reflect true costs for a new buyer to modernise the home. We were kept up to date by texts, emails and phone calls. None of our questions or phone calls were a bother. We had complete trust in them. I/We would definitely use Team Johnston for any future house sales within our family and recommend them to others.
