Every question was answered clearly and patiently, and I always felt comfortable asking for clarification when I needed it. I was kept well informed at every stage, with regular updates so I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. They were always happy to explain things in a way that made everything easy to understand, which took a lot of the stress and uncertainty out of the process. I really appreciated how attentive and responsive they were, and I genuinely felt supported throughout the whole experience. Laurie and Jana were both so lovely to deal with. We had met Laurie previously at another open home and both times the interaction felt effortless and welcoming. Laurie takes the time to get to know you as well as shows enthusiasm for the buyer. This is refreshing in a world that feels like the agent only solely focuses on the vendor. Laurie happily answered all questions and went out of his way on multiple occasions. As first home buyers we were cautious and took our time however Laurie was patient with us throughout the whole process. I wanted to provide feedback about my experience with Tony, as he deserves recognition for the excellent service he provided throughout what was a long and sometimes challenging process. Having had a very negative experience with another real estate agent from the same company in 2024, I was initially hesitant about using the company again. My experience with Tony, however, was completely different, and he went a long way towards restoring my confidence in the company. Buying and selling a home is a significant financial and personal decision, and I always felt he was acting in my best interests. He was honest when I needed advice, patient when I needed time, and supportive without ever being pushy. After my previous experience, Tony made a huge difference. He represented the company extremely well and demonstrated the professionalism, integrity and customer service I would expect from a great real estate agent. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Tony to anyone. He was fantastic to work with, and I am very grateful for his time, patience and effort.
