Alicia is the utmost professional who is friendly, listens well and delivers.

We have experienced Alicia’s good work ethic as both purchasers and vendors. My initial brief to her was the need for honesty, transparency and a quick sale ( due to previous negative experiences from other agencies). Bingo - within 24 hours of commencing the marketing of our property we had an offer. These purchasers were eventually successful - once they had sold their home. In the meantime we were presented two strong back up offers. Really we couldn’t have asked for more. Alicia deserves to do well in her chosen career path as a Real Estate agent.

First Home Buyer Dream

What can I say? From the moment I walked into the open home Rahia made me feel like my dream home was within reach. She was honest, transparent, open in communication and warm and showed genuine care and support from the moment I expressed interest right up to the settlement. She was extremely helpful, and her negotiation skills and knowledge was undeniably impressive. She is very all about Whānau, professionalism and conducted business in a mana enhancing way. I am extremely grateful for her going above and beyond in purchasing this house. When you go through Rahia you know you will get quality, Aroha and genuine a powerhouse of support, professionalism and positive transparency.
