Over the four and a half months it took us to find our new house, Jo was by far the best agent we encountered in our adventure, which was far from easy. Theresa is friendly, down to earth, honest, and a good problem solver. We were having to sell a dearly beloved home (deceased estate). There were a few complexities involved in getting it in a sellable condition, which Theresa and her co-agent Ester worked on tirelessly throughout, demonstrating their deep knowledge and professionalism. They were always available to answer questions, provide updates, and offer guidance. I highly recommend them both!

The house sold under the hammer for $3.35m — over 10% above our $3m floor. Selling at auction at all, in that market, was an outcome in itself. Advice to other sellers: when Cheryl tells you something about pricing or strategy, listen. You wouldn't do your own dentistry because you think you know better — this isn't the place to overrule a professional either.
