Selling remotely in a buyers market is really the acid test for an agent. Iain had given me an evaluation at the height of the market to help me gauge the potential for remodelling work. That provided valuable insight into the what potentially buyers were realistically likely to be looking for including some features which on a steep Roseneath site would be cost prohibitive. Fast forward to 2025 with the quantum of remodelling work decided on finally completed I was grateful for Iain's early advise in a market that most definitely wasn't paying for whims and nice to haves.
