It was a pleasure to work with Ann and Ben on the sale of my property. Their dedication and expertise of the market and the sale process was very good. The appraisal was higher than the sale price but this was reflected in the market dropping at the time. I would recommend Ann and Ben as trusted Real Estate agents.
