Selling remotely in a buyers market is really the acid test for an agent. Iain had given me an evaluation at the height of the market to help me gauge the potential for remodelling work. That provided valuable insight into the what potentially buyers were realistically likely to be looking for including some features which on a steep Roseneath site would be cost prohibitive. In the end I felt we had fully canvased the market and price was what the market was willing to pay in a timely manner and have no second doubts that any agent could have done it better.
