Buying our home while I was overseas could easily have been stressful, as most of it had to be done over the phone, including the auction. Susan made it feel much easier. She was lovely to deal with and gave me practical advice when I needed it. She was also very reassuring, which meant a lot when I was trying to manage everything from overseas. After the auction, she followed up with the vendor quickly and kept things moving. I also really appreciated her attention to detail.
