Sam is genuinely one of the nicest and most helpful people we have ever met. We were so nervous going into auctions as we had only ever looked at deadline sales, but she helped guide us through the process and was such a great support. We scored our home on the first auction super quick! She works extremely hard and you can tell that she loves what she does, nothing was a problem for her. I was recommended and met Sam early on in my journey to buying a house in CHCH, I currently live in Wellington. Sam was enthusiastic, professional, helpful and full of local knowledge. Before Max we thought realtors were pushy, selfish people. We were worried being first home buyers that we'd look stupid and be taken advantage of. This however was not the case. Max looked after us every step of the way. He was always available when we needed him and no question was a stupid one. He made the whole process easy and made us feel very calm.

Max is knowledgeable about the business and the area, has a great team of people around him and willing to use them to get the job done. If you're looking to sell your home with the least amount of stress, hype and fuss then Max is the person to deal with. Max is breaking that vision of Real Estate people being the same as a used car salesperson. You can be straight-up and honest with him. If I had to find something negative, Max likes to get all the boxes ticked, if he needs to receive something from you to do that, he'll be inclined to bug you till he gets it then carries on a happy little camper but we expect him to have everything sorted and he did. One week after signing up with Max he was wanting an appointment to present offers - Sold.

Agent Drew was exactly what we needed during this process, being located out of town we relied on him to be able to be our ears and eyes on the ground. He did a terrific job keeping us up to date on any new properties, and acting on our behalf at auctions and to potential sellers. When we found ones we’re interested in he quickly set up viewings for us, or went himself and showed us via FaceTime. When the time came for the paperwork he made sure every ‘i’ is dotted and made the process as easy as possible, acting on our behalf for any issues that did come on.
