Very friendly. Always readily available to answer my questions. Fair market knowledge. Did require prompting for some things rather than take the initiative, like acting on potential buyers feedback on house cleanliness. Able to help organise fixes to the house that were more cost-effective than my own quoted jobs, but did require some follow up from me when these jobs were delayed or missed.
She is a good to communicate to what is the best for us and explain it on how it works for us.
