We replied that we could be interested, although the timing was not quite right, but possibly not too far in the future. Penny kept in contact and was a pleasure to communicate with. She was totally understanding of family dynamics and considerations when making a decision to sell a holiday home of 20 years. We never at any time felt under any pressure to make rushed decisions and on a regular basis she would update us . Penny had found the perfect potential buyers for our property, and she communicated in a very friendly, down to earth but professional manner at all times. Happy with house but was very disappointed on take over day .... would of thought arrive to a clean house after instead i arrived with out meeting agent there to greet us to our 1st home for take over (keys were left at place) and finding the house was never clean and tidy.... Was quite disappointed as we still havint moved in because of the filth and grime we are fighting to clean off was very bad .... and still cleaning as we speak
