Easy buy ...
Happy with house but was very disappointed on take over day .... would of thought arrive to a clean house after instead i arrived with out meeting agent there to greet us to our 1st home for take over (keys were left at place) and finding the house was never clean and tidy.... Was quite disappointed as we still havint moved in because of the filth and grime we are fighting to clean off was very bad .... and still cleaning as we speak

Hi and I am so sorry the vendors did not leave it as clean and tidy as you hoped. The last few weeks were a flurry of emails between you and the vendors arranging earlier settlement and purchase of additional items, to make sure both parties were happy and you were invited to have a pre settlement inspection. I apologise i did not know when you were wanting the keys to the property which is 45 minutes out of town, and as the vendors had decided last minute to hide the keys on site, and as you work long hours, I thought it was the most sensible option for you to have access whenever it suited you. I do hope when you move in it will feel like home.
