Hard word and attention to detail coupled with excellent customer experience skills made this process a success for both the buyer and seller. Sarah had good knowledge of the market. Took time to ensure the photos, video and other marketing was top notch. Had ideas about keeping the marketing fresh. She kept us informed the whole way through the process, and would call straight after each open home, with updates on how it had gone. She was responsive and would take time to answer our questions, talk through different options. I would definitely recommend.

This is the second time we have used Sarah to sell a house for us. She is a great person to deal with. She is honest and practical, genuine and hard working. She achieved a great result at the price we needed when others had valued the property lower. She was very realistic with our expectations. She did a great marketing job and allowed us input when we wanted it. All round, just a fantastic agent, and I don't say that lightly!
