I had two opportunities trying to purchase a property from Deni. From my experience I believe Deni is a trustworthy agent. I believe he told me everything he knows about the property and he is very patient to answer all my questions. I didn't get the first property due to my hesitancy at the time. Then I bought the second one in the same building from Deni when I was travelling overseas after hunting in Queenstown property market for nearly 2 years. It was not convenient for me to make the payment of 10% deposit from overseas. Thank Deni for his Communicating and liaising with the owner to allow me paying the 10% deposit in split amounts and being able to pay a bit later. I believe I made the right decision this time.
