We first met Sam at an open home. We decided to go back for another and another look. Sam was more than obliging and nothing seemed to be a bother to her. We flew out to Wellington on the Saturday and the auction was on the Tuesday. Sam talked us through the whole process. It was a bit daunting to us purchasing a house on the phone but Sam was very confident and helped us through the whole procedure. When it came to the auction day Sam stayed on the phone the whole time telling us what was happening. We had the utmost confidence in her.
