Justine was the perfect real estate agent for us and guided us through the process with genuine care and skill. She gave us great advice on what we needed to do to prepare our house for sale, which we heeded, and we do think it helped to make our house attractive and sellable. While the house was being marketed she kept us up to date with interest and feedback so we knew at all times how things were going. We worked with her to buy as well. Her local and market knowledge is excellent and she knew exactly what we wanted to purchase. She really excels with negotiation and strategy to help you get the deal done when buying. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and is extremely authentic in the way she works with people. If you want to work with an agent who will make the process as enjoyable as it can be, who has integrity and genuinely cares then you will be extremely happy with Justine.

Kaylene and Graham were amazing during the sale process - they did everything they could to help me prepare the house for sale at the best price - nothing was too much trouble and they took care of so many little details that I was incapable of taking on, due to my personal circumstances. I often didn't need to ask, they checked in with me often and suggested actions they could take for me, that I hadn't considered - such a help! They were indispensable when it came to auction - I relied heavily on their professional advice and they held my hand through the entire process. Their guidance, with support from the Barfoot & Thompson team, meant I got a little more than I was hoping for - an excellent result!

We engaged Graham & Kaylene McKinnon to sell our home after meeting Kaylene at another property for sale and found her friendly and approachable. . We had been in our present home for 20 years so it was quite a daunting task putting it on the market after so long. Graham and Kaylene were very helpful with ideas for the final preparations for the sale. Throughout the whole process they were always available to promptly answer any of our queries and gave us regular feedback throughout the whole process. During the last week of our campaign Auckland went into Lockdown level 4 and we were hesitant as to whether to continue with the auction process.
