We strongly recommend Paul Donavon and Sharon Walls. They have years of experience to bring to their job of getting the best result for us, the vendors. Paul was a great communicator who kept us informed about the open homes and the interest that was expressed. The back office team in the Mt Eden office kept everything rolling along, supporting their agents. Paul and Sharon guided us through the process, telling us exactly what we needed to do and what to expect from the market. They nudged us to do things and the result was really down to their advice and excellent marketing. We are very happy with the result that Paul and Sharon worked hard to achieve.

Had a plan on how to proceed and gave us options throughout the process on how to adjust to meet market expectations.
