Rita was very respectful, cheerful and patient with us. She used all her contacts in the council, law firms and real estate industry to find out the complete understanding of complex legal issues. She befriended potential buyers and kept in touch with them. We always felt she was on our side, battling for the team. Ever step of the way she kept us informed of what was happening and what our requirements were. She trudged up those hills and through the mud constantly, never complaining, always seeing the silver lining on any cloud. I honestly can't find anything she needs to do to be better. She went above and beyond any situation to find a solution to the problem at hand. Her rate was the most reasonable and I feel bad not able to give her more for those 2 yrs of alot of work. She is our real estate agent of choice for Whangarei and now a lifetime friend. I am trying to be discreet in how I say this but it must be said. I noticed she was not the most respected but she certainly has earnt it and deserves to be. I hope she goes far in the industry and in life. I am happy to be a reference for her.
