Jacob is a good listener who took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve. He gave us sound advice in a very difficult market which led to a sale. Karen and Greg were professional, well organised, and wonderfully easy to work with. They were extremely encouraging and supportive. They helped us through the necessary processes, paperwork and hurdles we faced. Many times they provided assistance that was far beyond that which would usually be expected from real estate agents. This is the second time we have sold a house with Greg. We returned to him for the sale of 5 Manuka because of his expertise and experience. He is calm in every situation and very knowledgeable. We have met a lot of snake oil salesmen and Greg is not that at all. He will always give you his honest opinion (and that opinion usually turns out to be correct). Greg has taught us so much and is just a generally good bloke we enjoy hanging out with. And it doesn’t hurt that ‘Greggles’ is easy on the eye ;)
