Very relatable guy with great market knowledge

Jacob is a good listener who took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve. He gave us sound advice in a very difficult market which led to a sale. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept an eye on the place while we were off island. He was clear about what we needed to do and offered suggestions around the marketing strategy which we adopted.

Hayden was always available with his time and knowledge through the whole buying process.

Before I bought the property we continually visited the site asking questions. Hayden had an accurate and deep understanding of the island and the property we were interested in. Hayden was happy to work with us with what we wanted to achieve. Did his upmost to get a good result for us in the best time frame we could hope for. Great Team and very efficient

Having sold a few properties overseas in Australia l;ast year, the final one in NZ on Waiheke was an absolute breath of fresh air. Holly and Mandy really worked hard, were extremely pleasant and made the sale process smooth and easy. Being remote through the auction process, which was a great result, the professional approach, attention to detail and can do attitude left me very impressed with both Holly and Mandy. Great to work with, thoroughly recommend.
