On 1st contact with Jemima she was very welcoming put you at ease by asking what we were looking for and our needs in a property Then she quickly put 3 suggested properties to view into the equation asked when it would suit me to view and arranged times I went along spent approximately 1.5 hrs veiwing the 3 properties which ranged from our lower budget to our maximum.
