Hi, I am Leanne Prendeville, I started in real estate in 2010 and have made many life-long friends throughout this journey. I have great enthusiasm and passion for this industry and a genuine desire to do the best for my clients. I find it very rewarding to see them happy at the end of their buying and selling process. I like to work with a large range of buyers, starting with first home buyers right through to those retiring and downsizing. Aside from Real Estate my other interests include time with my family, spending time on our lifestyle block, and getting out into the garden. I have lived in Timaru since early 1990's and previous to this I lived in the Chatham Islands. Before starting Real Estate, I was a manager of The BBQ Factory for 3 years which changed to PGG Wrightson, I worked there for 12 years in the retail shop before changing to Real Estate, which I really enjoy as meet a lot of lovely people. As a family, we found Timaru a great location to bring up our children, and now our grand-children.

Having lived here for most of my life, I have been very involved in the local community including being part of the South Canterbury Racing Committee’s five founding Trustees of the Phar Lap Statue - being instrumental in overseeing the creation of the statue, fountain and plaques at the Phar Lap Raceway. I am also highly involved with my six grandchildren’s lives; having coached one granddaughters netball team for Mountain View High School and another granddaughters ‘T’ Ball team for Grantlea Downs Primary. Lee has been great!

Lee was awesome. Communication was really good throughout the whole process. Selling and buying a house is stressful, of course, but she really understood that and made the whole experience a lot easier. We really appreciated how focused she was on looking after us and making sure we got to the finish line in a good position.

Great communication

We really appreciate the care that OJ handled the selling of our property with. It had been a really tough time for both of us but OJ handled the sale of our house perfectly with great communication, constant updates of feedback and how the market was going at the time. We really appreciate everything that Oj did for us again Again will definitely use him again in the future
