Ben and his team were fantastic to work with, great communicators, well organised and very professional throughout our whole process. Highly recommend as an agent.
Brian was great to work with, especially being a first time seller. He was able to accommodate to my hours of work and pop round for document signing or to explain things to me. He also fixed a leaking tap I had, absolute legend! I think he needs to market his online presence more, get those followers!!
He was awesome and very helpful. My wife and I were very blessed to have him help us.
Nic had excellent communication keeping me updated with how the sale was going the whole way through. She was helpful at answering any questions and making sure I knew what was happening at every stage of the process. She showcased the house really well in the video content and images shared on social media.
Working with shay was great if I ever had a question or didn't understand something she would all ways reply fast and explain everything really well, she really knows her stuff she find me the perfect house I was looking for, when it came time to put offers in she explained everything really well and made sure I understood everything.
Owen gave a good overview of the expectations of price and posable buyers type the property may interest. He had a good profile of the area and other property of similar value for comparisons for example's locally.
Owen made the whole buying experience pleasant, positive, thorough and clear. A natural. His style of communicating difficult points with clarity, honesty and yet empathy was most appreciated. Although the seller's agent, I felt he was walking in my shoes as a buyer throughout the process.
Good patience and negotiation
Ricky has very strong market knowledge and was very accurate when it came to assessing our property for pricing. He had excellent advice pre-sale as to what we should and shouldn't do to get ready for the sale sign to go up. Ricky went the extra mile with the service he provided for us.
