Other agents came in with photos from google that were years old and told me what they could sell it for, because the houses in the area were selling for that price. Carol managed to get 2 contracts on my property. With the first buyer, I requested to carry on with the marketing because they offer a price and then find a way to try and reduce it. Within a week she had an unconditional offer which came into affect the moment they tried to change the contract. The house went to the second purchaser and I'm very grateful for the extra work she did to make it happen.
