Janine acted with honesty and integrity, told it like it was but clearly had the best interests of her vendor as her priority, which was great to see. Although I haven't had any previous experience selling a property through a real estate agency, I can't rate Kristine's performance highly enough. Efficient, focused and considerate.

Our only reservation is as with all three agencies, that they were all wildly over optimistic with their estimates of what they could achieve for us both in terms of numbers of interested purchasers and achievable price.
