First met Chris while mid renovations, I had several agents through to give me broad appraisals, but found he could envisage what I was doing & the standard I was doing it to. Right from the get go I had a clear understanding of a marketing strategy, price expectations & target market. I also followed his advice about staging & it transformed the house & combined with his chasing purchasers, it definitely got me top dollar. As I am based overseas, presenting the house for open homes could have been challenging, however Chris went over & above to ensure it was well presented (even doing the lawns!). Being a small team, you know your property will be given the same level of effort in marketing as larger, more expensive properties. On top of that, Chris is a bloody nice bloke & I couldn't recommend him enough.

Note that our property was NOT 17 Poplar Lane. Norm was easy to communicate with, always calm and reassuring. As a Whananaki local himself, he understood the constraints of the leasehold bach property we were selling. When it came to the crunch and negotiations had to happen quickly, Norm offered us good strategies.

Rita was readily available for our needs as FHBs, with RV requirements and builders reports - she was super flexible in making times work which made the process so much easier. Rita was open with communication and quick to reply, checking in throughout the whole purchasing process. Rita had good information about the home, and was always happy to chat (even if it was late at night!) We have enjoyed our experience with Rita and would recommend her services.
