Nicole recently sold our property, Her friendly manner and knowledge of our area is such a huge asset to have for an agent. She always was informative and went the extra mile baking bread for the photo shoot and I loved how she brought cake to the viewings so those viewing could have a cuppa tea and take their time as there is always a lot to look at in a lifestyle block. It was also a beautiful touch getting a gift basket after the sale full of local treats thus supporting our beautiful community. I would highly recommend Nicole... Carole Bowden

Willing to go the extra mile

Karen has been a saviour for us, our property was very rural and a few complexities that made the sale very very difficult and lengthy whilst dealing with property access. Honest, reliable and quick to communicate issues or concerns, I highly recommend Karen and hope her all the successes, our sale inspite of an unsteady market with a global crisis managed to get across the line , I will never be able to express in words what this means to us. Not one for the faint hearted, but she saw it though.

This was not a straightforward sale, with hiccups along the way, but Karyn worked steadfastly through to the end. She willingly facilitated multiple trips to the property to enable quotes and investigate possibilities, and also forwarded enquiries to the vendor to help inform decisions. Karyn has a practical down to earth approach to her work.

Fab team to work with

Jill and Karyn were amazing to deal with right from the start when we did an appraisal of our property. They let us know exactly what we needed to do to get our property ready to sell and worked with us during this process. The rest was easy and we always new how the sale process was tracking with up dated reports each week and when they had enquiries. Right up to the final settlement date Jill and Karyn were available for any questions and helped us sign the deal. Would highly recommend!

Top notch advertising campaign. Very organised. Great support and communication. Effective team.

Creative and professional advertising campaign which featured staff members, their kids and my neighbours. Great support with getting the house ready to sell - going the extra mile on several occasions. Excellent, seamless cover by colleague when she was not available due to injury. Happy to answer any question and explain all options along the way. Property sold after 3 weeks on the market. I am very happy with the result. I definitely recommend Jill and Nicole from First National.
