Janine was a genuinely great person to deal with. As a buyer, she never applied any “sales” pressure, gave us the information, time and patience we needed. Janine acted with honesty and integrity, told it like it was but clearly had the best interests of her vendor as her priority, which was great to see. As someone who has bought and sold a few places, Janine was one of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Her knowledge of her market was second to none and it felt like she knew every house in town and could give you an honest account of any house/street in the town if you wanted it. Janine provided honest evaulation, guidance and support througout the whole process from beginning to end. Communication was excellent at all times. As the seller, this was huge from my side of it. No matter what questions I had, she answered and navigated me through them. Being an experienced veteran in real estate and an active member of the community, Janine knew the best way to market the property with integrity which I would also value if I was buying. She is, in my mind a professional of the highest standards, but very human and caring at the same time, who will always do the best for her clients. She recognises that buying and selling a house can be stressful and emotional time therefore respects the clients pace. Janine and her team keep clients updated with progress and signs of interest. Quick to respond to emails and phone calls within reasonable timeframes. Professional signage outside home for sale. Regular Open Homes and prior notifications. Janine knows her community well and how the Bream Bay area markets heart beats. She sent through regular updates on number of website views and email enquiries of my property. Once my house sold, the lawyers and Janine worked easily together for smooth legal transactions and finalisation. Highly recommend.
