I'm sceptical of the value of real estate agents in general. Bit like lawyers, if everything goes well, waste of money. But, like lawyers, when things are hard, or don't go easily... thats when you need the help. Selling our rental was not easy, and Gary got it done, through lots of networking. Price was less than anticipated but there were unforeseen issues in the builders report. Gary was very clear about buyer feedback with clear and timely feedback to indicate what the situation was. Other things appreciated, no useless reports about Trademe statistics or whatever crap agents use to _prove_ value. The only value is getting the sale done and Gary achieved that.

I have purchased six rentals in last eight months from Gary Singh and found him to be very friendly, honest and hard-working agent. He has good communication skills and great market knowledge which is important part in real estate when negotiating with buyers and sellers. I strongly recommend him to others.
