Great communication was Karly’s top priority even when she was on a holiday with her family. I'm sceptical of the value of real estate agents in general. Bit like lawyers, if everything goes well, waste of money. But, like lawyers, when things are hard, or don't go easily... thats when you need the help. Selling our rental was not easy, and Gary got it done, through lots of networking. Price was less than anticipated but there were unforeseen issues in the builders report. Gary was very clear about buyer feedback with clear and timely feedback to indicate what the situation was.
