Tash also would communicate with me on a regular basis to see if there was anything she could do. Putting in an offer was made easy, her wording when it was declined was genuinely sympathetic. Two weeks later the same property was made available to me due to first contract falling through. Thankfully the vendors accepted my offer! Now my family and I have a wonderful home where we can heal, love,laugh and live.
