Claire went beyond helping me on questions I had with things that were not there immediate domain or responsibilty as real estate agents, I was super impressed how quickly claire flew into a Rockstar agent role on investigating my needed answers from wgtn city council and beyond.. she got straight into it all and promptly found out what was needed to learn in order to satisfy my questions. Personally I would hire claire and grant in a heartbeat a dynamic duo to sell again , they are very , very experienced , smart and kind .

I thought Nick explained the process very clearly. Quite daunting selling your first home. He made us feel comfortable with him and we discussed a plan and stuck with it. Also giving different options if the market changed. Our final result is what we wanted and happy with the whole process from start to finish.
