Agent was chosen due to meeting at previous open homes and being impressed with level of preparation and knowledge of the property being marketed. High level of communication through market appraisal process and throughout the marketing process. Good advice on staging which had a positive result. Appraisal was very accurate related to the final selling price and a successful sale in a short period of time in a very slow market. Happy to get over RV.
