Due to difficult Family Court issues, I was feeling urgency and this house fitted our needs perfectly. I am a cash buyer and a builder/developer with long experience of this market, a tendency to move fast, with this becoming a rental within the family. Graham was very professional, helpful and quite pedantic, with good communication and negotiation skills, clearly feeling pushed by my ease with the short timescale and casual wiping of conditions. It is different in Auckland. Thank you for facilitating this sale, settled 3 weeks and one day after first viewing, including a bank loan. The property was left in very good condition by the vendor.

We liaised with Dan during the property transaction. He had a laid-back, no pressure approach. He was friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a unique situation where we knew the vendors and currently leased some of their property already. He was professional and provided any information we requested in a timely manner, although much of the information we secured from the vendor directly due to the existing relationship. We have no doubt it would have been provided should we have required it. We appreciated the lovely gift basket he delivered once the property had gone unconditional filled with items we would enjoy. It showed he had listened to us. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
