A very open and helpful communicator with good knowledge of the property and the vendors, he was flexible and accommodating with additional viewings. Shelley responds to emails very fast, very good communicator keeping us in the loop at all times. She has a lot of good contacts the she put us in touch with, including registered valuation reports, building inspection report, quotes from local builders.
We sold when the market was a bybit flat but Sukha and members of Suchy and Co seemed to have a good strategy with marketing having several possible buyers after about 3 weeks and one of those interested buyers ended up purchasing our property.
