First Home Buyers

Karen consistently kept in communication with us throughout the whole process. She was kind, supportive, and a wonderful guide. Karen is an outstanding performer

We had the pleasure of seeing Karen at work when she sold another house of ours 4 months ago.What we witnessed then made it an easy decision when we decided to sell the Matamata house. For a few different reasons this home wasn’t a straightforward sale but to Karen’s credit she got the bit between her teeth and recommended what we should do and what type of sale we should use..As with the previous house Karen excelled in her communication skills ,professionalism,dedication and negotiation skills she recommended a sale price that was more than I thought we could get and achieved a great result for us.
