Agencies in Masons Flat, Canterbury

Ella explained what was going on and kept me informed all along the way. Nothing was too much of a problem and a real friendly lovely lady who works hard for her clients

I had the pleasure of working with Jack through the sale of my property and am happy to recommend him. Selling a home is a significant financial decision, so choosing the right agent is important. I deliberately chose to work with a younger agent who was eager to establish himself in the industry, recognising his potential and drive. I'm pleased to say that decision resulted in a successful sale and a positive experience. One of Jack's greatest strengths is his communication. Throughout the campaign he was proactive, responsive, and easy to deal with. He kept me informed, provided regular updates, and was always available to answer questions. I never felt I was chasing information, which gave me confidence throughout the process. Jack also showed a strong commitment to growing his market knowledge. While still early in his career, he demonstrated a willingness to learn, seek advice, and leverage the experience of those around him. Rather than pretending to have all the answers, he actively used his professional network to broaden his understanding and refine his approach. From a negotiation perspective, Jack worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome. He remained focused on securing a result while balancing the interests of all parties involved. He handled discussions professionally and knew when to seek guidance to ensure decisions were informed and strategic. Professionalism was another area where Jack stood out. He approached his work with enthusiasm, integrity, and a genuine commitment to achieving a positive outcome. What impressed me most was that he was building his own identity in the industry rather than simply following others. His authenticity and personal values came through in every interaction and helped build trust. Ultimately, we achieved the result we were seeking. Jack combines ambition with humility, communicates effectively, works hard, and has a genuine desire to learn and improve. I look forward to watching his career progress.

I have sold two properties in the last couple of years. For both properties, I used Ella Vink as my agent. I find Ella easy to deal with, an excellent communicator, and a person who follows through on what she promises. For both properties the sell price was at the upper end of Ella's appraised market value, which was excellent and shows that she gives good honest/ realistic advice. I would certainly not use anybody else.
