Maria is efficient, patient and never puts pressure on you when you’re deciding whether a home is right for you. She genuinely tries to find the best outcome for everyone involved, both the family and the vendor. She is honest and realistic, and guided us through the negotiation process really well. We could laugh and have a bit of banter, but also be serious when we needed to be. It was probably the best real estate experience I’ve had. I would highly recommend Maria and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Maria was always available, helpful and made the difficult decisions easier. We highly recommend her and Ruby.

Recently we appointed Maria Rickerby and Ruby Burney from PGG Wrightson Real Estate to sell our mothers house in Bankview Place. I found Maria and Ruby great to deal with. They were friendly helpful humorous and very professional throughout the whole selling process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Maria and Ruby to any prospective buyers or sellers.
