Agencies in The Peaks, Canterbury

Couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with during the purchase of our first home. Kate had great communication with us during the whole process. She was very professional when we put our offer forward and went into a multi offer situation. Thank you kate for the work you did to help us.

Kate inspired us to dream this property could be ours from the day we walked into the first open. A plan was hatched our property was marketed and sold, Kate was amazing always only a phone call or text away. She is very experienced and knowledgeable and any issues or queries we had were sorted immediately without hassle or drama. Kate worked tirelessly with us and the venders to sort out a compromise that worked for both parties and we could not be happier with our dream home. Thankyou Kate you are a legend and the nicest kindest person. Definitely call Kate.

What really made this experience stand out was the exceptional service from the agents. They were incredibly responsible, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. They carefully explained every step to me, answered all my questions, and always made sure I understood what needed to be done next. Their communication was clear and timely, and I always felt supported and looked after. Their genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set them apart from other agents. I’m very grateful for all their help in finding my new home.
