Buying my first home was a huge milestone for me and i couldn't have asked for a better agent than Katie , from the viewings though to settlement she was so professional, knowledgeable and always was a available to answer any of my questions as there was plenty of things i was not familiar with but Katie explained everything step by step and made the whole process feel really good. Her communication was excellent and i always felt informed and supported and i never felt pressured because she genuinely wanted to help me make the right decision rather than just make a sale .
