Our experience selling a property with Michal and Tim has been the best ever. Their communication is outstanding. Every previous time we have sold the agents are engaged until the property is on the market and then you hear nothing. This experience took all the stress out of selling. Everything was our choice with options every step and never any pressure to do anything we didn’t want. Everything was negotiable and everything was our choice. We felt respected, not just another sale and we appreciated their honesty. We got feedback within a couple of hours often sooner from every viewing. The portal which was individualised for us was updated most nights. This changed a stressful time into a fun exciting time.
