Honest - we immediately felt we could trust him. Great communicator - prompt and accurate Empathetic - warmth and humanity and understood our special circumstances. Flexible - once the timing of the open home didn't work and he was happy to work around us and change the day. My Mother had had a bad fall and the sale was extremely emotional for her and Angus got that. His communication was excellent and prompt.
