Dianne knew the area median, the market speed of sale, and gave me knowledge on where to spend money on the house to improve it for sale, without overspending. There was no lack of communication - I always had reports, she was always available for a chat, an email response was quick and clear. Dianne advised me honestly as to price expectation, and I felt extremely comfortable that I was offering for sale a house with no hidden faults to sell to anyone. When there were no offers at auction, she had an immediate back up plan to approach possible buyers with a cash offer within their known budget. That was the sale.
