Not only is Kerry a great communicator who knows her market she went above and beyond for an out of town vendor, helping organise some maintenance on the roof to get the deal locked in. I’m so grateful for her help and expertise, we got a fair price for the property fairly quickly in a difficult market. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kerry.
