Heartfelt thanks to Stella Selling our home could have been a really stressful journey but working with Stella Jo made the entire process smooth and reassuring right up to the very end. Stella always provided advice based on accurate and clear information and she truly went above and beyond working so hard as if it were her own home to get it sold. What I appreciated most was her consistent and ongoing communication. She kept us updated every step of the way so we always knew what was happening and could completely trust her throughout the whole process. She is truly an amazing agent with great accuracy, passion, and communication. Thank you so much for all your hard work, Stella

We had an excellent experience working with Stella throughout the purchase of our first home. From the beginning, she took the time to understand our needs and budget and gave us honest, practical and realistic advice. We never felt pressured into making a decision and always felt that her advice was based on what was genuinely best for us. What really stood out was how proactive and professional she was throughout the entire process. There was a lot of communication, admin and coordination involved behind the scenes, but she handled everything so efficiently that we rarely had to worry about chasing people, following up on details or figuring out what needed to happen next. She kept us informed, coordinated with everyone involved and made the whole process feel much more manageable. As first-home buyers, having someone who was knowledgeable, responsive, honest and genuinely supportive made such a difference. We always felt that we were in very capable hands, and her professionalism and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. We’re extremely grateful for all her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Working with Stella Jo has been a very positive experience. Stella is smart, professional, and kind. She communicates clearly and provides reasonable, well-thought-out explanations, which makes our discussions productive. I always felt she was honest and persuasive without being pushy - which I really appreciated. Another aspect of Stella that I appreciated greatly was her prompt and efficient communication. She responded quickly to questions and kept me updated at every stage, which made the whole process much smoother. I am very satisfied with Stella's service as a real estate agent and truly appreciate her hard work and dedication. I would be happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and professional agent.

Selling in a tough market was stressful, but Jo made the whole process so much easier. She was incredibly supportive and clear throughout, helping us navigate each decision and keeping us informed every step of the way. She worked hard to generate strong buyer interest and helped us achieve a great result. We’re really grateful for her dedication and would happily recommend her.

Jo was excellent in her responsiveness and ability to pivot when we shifted away from an auction sale method to asking price due to market feedback. She had contacts for all repair people while we got our house ready for sale, and we ended up with a great price for our house based on the current market

We have just sold our house with Jo and have been so impressed with every aspect of the sale. She has a deep knowledge of the housing market and guided us through a sale that had some unexpected twists and turns! Jo gave us sound advice and on auction day she worked hard with the auctioneer to negotiate a spectacular result for us. We wholeheartedly recommend Jo - she is a gem!

We've known Fiona personally for some time, which is part of why we chose her, and that's really a reflection of who she is: someone deeply connected to and trusted within our local community. Those same relationships proved invaluable throughout our sale, and we were genuinely impressed by her professionalism and market knowledge from start to finish. Selling our home was an extremely difficult and emotional decision, and Fiona understood that from day one. Her patience and empathy made a hard process so much easier. As we were living overseas throughout the sale, communication was critical, and Fiona handled it brilliantly. We always felt informed and confident about what was happening, despite the distance (and time difference)!. Her guidance on everything from garden and house maintenance to marketing and staging was balanced and practical. She helped us make good decisions without ever pushing, and her local knowledge and trusted network of contacts made every step seamless. Not only did we achieve the sale result we were hoping for, but the entire process went beyond expectations. We would absolutely recommend Fiona to anyone looking to sell, especially if you're managing things from afar or facing a sale that means a lot to you.

Her expert market knowledge, outstanding communication every step of the way, a highly professional approach. Added to this her willingness to support and be solution focused gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process.

It has been a pleasure having Glen & Mel as our agents. We are appreciative of the time and effort they have put into selling our home. Would recommend.
