Selling in a depressed market is not easy for agent or yourself. Marc showed very exceptional skills in knowledge and how to work successfully with buyers. Our property was unusual in that it could appeal to property investors and well as those desiring a 6 bedroom family home. Marc deal exceptionally well with both categories of potential buyers. He also was able to deal with people who are culturally different to ourselves and this included three different races, with their different strategies for presenting an offer. Five offers were presented which was great considering the small number of enquiries. Several were conditional and Marc worked to provide satisfactory answers to all questions whether about the property itself or to provided information for banks and insurance companies. Marc was incredibly patient in all these efforts. Even when we as the sellers disagreed with Marc he understood our position ands carried on to get an cash unconditional deal. That's amazing in this market. We were very impressed with Marc's communication skills. He was always working for us and as the property was tenanted needed to find how to see that the tenants were co-operative for al the viewing and open homes. As we were in Australia at the start and end of the process is was again exceptional that Marc kept updating me basically on a daily basis, and near the end multiple times a day. That was always reassuring even when things were only moving slowly. Not only did Marc assist us, he gave excellent advise to the potential buyers, and one man lost his chance by not following Marc's clear suggestion. Competent, diligent, hard-working and in our opinion the best agent we have every had to deal with in over 50 years of dealing with real estate agents. He has a sense of humour and also a very good idea of what is reasonable and fair.
