Sam Diep

We had a great experience buying our first home with Sam Diep from Wallace Real Estate. As first-home buyers, we had lots of questions, and Sam was always patient and happy to explain things clearly. He listened to our needs and kept us well informed throughout the process. His friendly, approachable manner helped us feel comfortable asking questions and more confident at each step. Thank you, Sam, for helping us through this important milestone. We would happily recommend him to other home buyers, especially those buying their first home.

Sam from Wallace Real Estate went above and beyond to help us purchase our home. He was always available to answer our questions and guided us through every step of the process with expertise and care. Thank you, Sam, for making our home purchase such a great experience!

Sam is honestly one of the best agents we could have asked for. From the very first conversation, he was an incredible communicator — always responsive, always upfront, and always made us feel like we were his top priority. We’d heard so many horror stories about agents going quiet or not passing offers on to vendors, but Sam was the complete opposite. He held our hand through every single step of the process and made what can be a really overwhelming experience feel genuinely easy and even enjoyable. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond even after the offer was accepted, helping resolve concerns we had about the house before settlement without us having to chase him for anything. His market knowledge, honesty, and genuine care for us as buyers made all the difference. We can’t recommend Sam highly enough — if you want an agent who actually looks out for you, he’s the one.
