Together with selling our hone, we also had the opportunity to work with Matt as the agent when purchasing our home. As nervous first home buyers navigating a stressful auction process, we truly appreciate Matt's support. I personally dislike rushed environments and making big decisions on the spot, but Matt's prompt communication and liaison with the vendor gave us the information we needed to prepare with minimal stress, smoothing out many of the bumps in our journey.

Professional weekly summaries once the sales process has started, and good pragmatic advice along the way. Took control of the staging and happy with the accountability to show the home in the best possible light. Great on the detail around marketing and presentation with obvious experience and learnings from pervious sales.
